3. Kambili Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Kambili, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer a flexible returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:
● Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
● Products must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
● Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed throws or tailored clothing) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
● Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
● Custom-made or personalized items.
● Intimate clothing items, such as undergarments.
● Final sale or clearance items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at kambili.shop@gmail.com to inform us of your return request. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Items: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

4. Refunds
● Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
5. Exchanges
● If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or pattern, please follow the return process and specify that you'd like an exchange.
● Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.
● For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:
● Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
● Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach photos if possible.
● We will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or offer you a full refund, including shipping fees.
7. International Returns

● Refunds for international returns will be issued for the product only, not including shipping costs or any applicable duties.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
