3. Kambili Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kambili, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, we offer a flexible returns and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

      Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

      Products must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

      Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed throws or tailored clothing) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

      Sale items or items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

      Custom-made or personalized items.

      Intimate clothing items, such as undergarments.

      Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at kambili.shop@gmail.com to inform us of your return request. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Items: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

4. Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

      Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

5. Exchanges

      If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or pattern, please follow the return process and specify that you'd like an exchange.

      Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

      For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

      Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

      Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach photos if possible.

      We will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or offer you a full refund, including shipping fees.

7. International Returns

      International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

      Refunds for international returns will be issued for the product only, not including shipping costs or any applicable duties.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

      If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank or credit card statement.
